At Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Ofsted Inspectors recognised that "Pupils are polite, respectful and well behaved" and that "Pupils behave exceptionally well both in lessons and around the school. They are very attentive and keen to learn. The mutual respect that adults and children have for each other makes this school a very happy and productive working environment."
We want to ensure that we do all we can to encourage and praise these great attitudes but when this doesn't happen we have effective procedures to deal with any unacceptable behaviour including bullying.
We also want to understand why children may have a lapse in their behaviour and consider if these are related to any underlying issues, circumstances or conditions.
